Proper nutrition is vital in pretty much any situation and especially so when it comes to the health of your hair. One little known cause of hair loss is medication. Many people never have problems with the issue until they begin a new medication regiment, but they never make the connection. Certain health conditions can also effect the health of your hair. You should get a physical at least once a year so medical problems can be caught early by your doctor before problems are presented. This should only be one of the many reasons you get check-ups to maintain your overall health.
