Really, at any age, rapid hair loss can be very difficult to contend with. When you’re young it just seems to be the one thing that can really mess with your self image and it can totally shake your confidence. We’ve all seen those commercials. You know the ones. They guy with the graying, thinning hair strikes out with the young blonde woman. Then he goes and colors the gray and gets treatment for his thinning hair and all of a sudden she’s interested in him. As much as we might not like to acknowledge it, thinning hair can mean that you’re swinging for the fences but barely landing grounders.

Well meaning but often misguided friends and family members might think that buying you some beautiful hats and scarves will make you feel better. Let’s face it. A great hat is a great hat but we don’t want to be forced into wearing one. We love it when we have the choice to wear a great hat.

This phenomenon has become much more common in our modern society. Many experts believe that the link between chemically processed foods and live foods might hold the answer. Chemically processed foods do not offer the same nutritional content as live whole foods and therefore do not replenish our body’s needs. Over time, this can lead to health concerns, even when it comes to cosmetic health.

The first important element to determine is where your diet lands on the sliding scale of health. You need to get away from processed foods while increasing your raw whole foods meal plan. Add in supplements, especially those that are directly linked to hair loss and hair health.

Whenever possible, address the issues of rapid hair loss by dealing with the causative factors as well as offering your hair some relief treatment.
